License Policy

These terms apply to all digital products sold by AKV Studios, including Premiere Pro plugins, panels, scripts, extensions, and other digital tools.

When you purchase an AKV Studios product, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the software or its underlying intellectual property. All products remain the property of AKV Studios.

Your license is intended for your use and may not be transferred, shared, or resold without permission.

What Your License Allows

With a valid license, you may:

Use the product for personal and commercial projects.

Install the product on computers that you personally use.

Use the product on an unlimited number of your own projects.

Continue using the product for as long as your license remains valid, subject to any product-specific terms stated at the time of purchase.

What You May Not Do

You may not, in whole or in part:

Share, transfer, give away, resell, sublicense, rent, or lend the product or its files to another person.

Upload, publish, or distribute the product or its files through websites, forums, cloud storage, file-sharing services, torrents, marketplaces, or other platforms.

Include the product in another product, template, course, toolkit, or other distributed resource.

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from compiled components, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Remove, modify, or obscure copyright, authorship, licensing, or other proprietary notices.

In short: one license is for one user. If another person needs to use the product, they will need their own license.

Teams & Studios

If you're purchasing for a team, agency, production company, or studio, we offer multi-seat licensing.

A team license allows multiple members of your organization to use the product under the terms of the applicable license.

License Violations

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or other misuse of an AKV Studios product may result in the suspension or termination of your license without a refund.

AKV Studios reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies for unauthorized distribution or infringement of its intellectual property, including remedies available under applicable copyright law.

Agreement

By purchasing or downloading an AKV Studios product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these license terms.

AKV Studios reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Any product-specific licensing terms presented at the time of purchase will also apply.
