How will I receive my download(s) after purchasing?
You will receive an email with your download immediately after purchase.
How do I access the download(s)?
Upon purchase, you will receive a .PDF file which will take you to access your download. After you download the files, you will need to unzip them. On Mac, you can just double click to unzip and on Windows you can right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the tutorial videos. If your PC doesn't already have an unzipping program, you will need to download something like https://www.7-zip.org/
I haven't received my download(s)?
If you didn’t receive an email after ordering please check your spam or promotions tab.

I’m having trouble downloading my file(s). What do I do?
All downloads are initially sent as .PDFs to avoid timing out issue. Once you have download your .PDF file, open it and click "Click here to download" to access your files.
