Which editing softwares are compaible with our products?
We specialize in video assets for Premiere Pro, but we also have tons of assets that are compatible with all major video editing softwares. On all of our product pages, there is a dropdown that let's you know which video assets are compatible with each software, so there will be no confusion.
Do your products work on both Mac and Windows?
Yes! All of our products work on both Windows computers and Mac computers.
What payment methods do you accept?
AKV Studios accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay & Venmo.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes, all of our products only need to be purchased once and come with lifetime access + free updates. No extra costs in the future and no subscription.
Can I use the assets on any kind of project?
Yes, you can. All of our products come with a commercial license included with your purchase. View our License Agreement Here.
How will I receive my download(s) after purchasing?
After you complete your purchase you will immediately have the option to download your products from the "thank you page" and you will also receive a download email immediately after purchase.
Is your website secure?
This website is fully encrypted. We take your security very seriously.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

How do I access the download(s)?
Upon purchase, you will receive a .PDF file which will take you to access your download. After you download the files, you will need to unzip them. On Mac, you can just double click to unzip and on Windows you can right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the tutorial videos. If your PC doesn't already have an unzipping program, you will need to download something like https://www.7-zip.org/

I'm having trouble downloading my file(s). What do I do?
All downloads are initially sent as .PDFs to avoid timing out issue. Once you have download your .PDF file, open it and click "Click here to download" to access your files.

I need to download the file(s) again, but the link is no longer working.
We occasionally update the download links. Because of this the link may not work anymore. Do not worry, send us an email or contact us via our Contact Page and we will assist you.

Included with your download are multiple tutorial videos on how to install your product, be sure to watch them. You can also learn how to install them by watching this video here.
After Your Purchase
How long will it take to get my order?
After you complete your purchase you will immediately have access to your new download(s).

Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive an invoice directly after your purchase. This is your order confirmation email which contains all the info.

Are there future updates for the editing packs?
Yes. We update all assets a few times per quarter. We also check whether everything is still working correctly.
