After purchase you'll get a license key in your order email. Install ClipSnag, open it in Premiere, and paste the key once to activate. That's it, your key stays active on that computer.
For most platforms, yes. ClipSnag can use the login from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Brave) so it can access your own content. The first time, your Mac may ask permission to use your browser's saved logins, just click Always Allow. It's a one time step.
Up to 4K, depending on what the source offers. ClipSnag prefers a clean H.264 format that Premiere imports natively, and automatically converts anything Premiere can't read. You can also grab audio only as an MP3.
