Most frequent questions and answers
Some of the products come with effects that are quite large in file size, meaning the download may take longer (depending on internet speed). If you have accidentally stopped the download or experienced a computer crash, you can simply click on the link on the email receipt and begin downloading again. If in those rare cases you’re still having trouble, contact me and I will be happy to help.
